Eric B. Bernard

Eric B. Bernard represents school districts in many different capacities, including litigation, employment benefit, and employment discrimination matters, property tax matters, and general advice and counseling. His experiences also include the representation of companies in employment, commercial, real estate, and tort disputes.  Eric has practiced regularly in both state and federal court.  Eric strives to provide clients with prompt, accurate, and informative legal advice which school districts can readily digest and implement.
